     PRE-CUT TRADITIONALLY MILLED PACKAGE

• Each log is carefully milled to a uniform 7", 8", 9", 10" or 12" diameter leaving a smooth or hand-planed finish.

• Wall logs are coped using the Swedish cope design. 

• All wall corner intersections are saddle-notched creating a secure stacking system. 

• Wall log corner notches and structural 90-degree notches are pre-cut. 

• Bottom plates, top plates, and structural logs are pre-flattened. 

• Logs are cut to length with window and door openings pre-cut.

• Header and/or sill logs at window openings and gable rakes are cut on site.  Some posts may need to be cut on site.

• Dado cuts are placed in the log ends at all end joints and at all window and door openings. 

• Self drilling screws are used to fasten wall logs.

• All-thread anchor bolt extensions are provided to attach bottom plate logs to the foundation.
