Bridger Mountain Log Homes, Inc. provides a complete, full service design and drafting department.

To begin the design process:

• A design contract is signed and a full non-refundable payment of $2.25 per square foot of living area is required. (Living area includes the main floor + loft/second floor + living area above garage + "finished" basement.)

After we receive the signed design contract and full non-refundable payment, preliminary floor plans are generated providing you the opportunity to redline for revisions.

Preliminary Plans Include:

• Elevation Drawings
• Foundation (Crawlspace/Basement) Drawings
• Floor Plan Drawings

Once we receive your redlines, the revisions have been made and the preliminary floor plans are approved by you, we generate completed plans.

Completed Plans Include:

• Elevation Drawings
• Foundation (Crawlspace/Basement) Drawings
• Floor Plan Drawings
• Section Drawings
• Electrical Drawings
• Detail Construction Drawings

This entire process can take 2 - 4 weeks or more depending upon the pace at which your redlining decisions are made and returned to our design department and the complexity of your project.
